GE Entrepreneur Accelerator Program

What if Alberta entrepreneurs could access the latest inventions and use them to advance their businesses? With the intention of strengthening its relationships with Alberta, GE, through its Licensing Division, has opened up its Intellectual Property Portfolio so that other inventors, tinkerers and entrepreneurs might take what a GE scientist discovered, and find another use for it. AITF will administer and support the GE Accelerator Program, which includes providing seed funding to SME’s. The seed funding will assist SME’s in commercializing and bringing the resulting innovations to market. This opportunity is unique, as it will allow companies to access new technologies while being supported by AITF.
